This is a unique bracket designed to support a roof skirt beam which attaches to the floating end of a Ridge Rafter.

This Heavy Duty Roof Skirt Bracket is employed in our 5-12 pitch 4x4 Rectangle Pavilion roofs, Partial Hexagon Gazebo roofs, and 5-12 pitch gable roofs for sheds, garages, and workshops

The 5-12 Pitched Roof Rafter Skirt Bracket is designed to attach to the bottom and side surfaces of the Ridge Rafter and provide one U-channels at a precise angle to hold a roof skirt beam.

Repair damaged, unsightly, and ignored roof skirts to give new life to your roof edges. Use these brakckets to add new 2x size roof skirts to 4-12 pitched roof edges, add new drip edges to bring your shed, garage, home roof up to standard and provide clean appearance.

These brackets are cleverly designed to hold the roof skirt securely and free up your hands to drive the lag screws and nails.
This is a true DIY part which allows one person to add and assemble all roof skirt beams.

The 5-12 Pitched Roof Rafter Skirt bracket attaches to the rafter's bottom and side surfaces using four (4) 1/4" x 1-1/2" lag screws.
The high strength design of this bracket holds the roof skirt beams securely.
This bracket has an upward facing open U-channel to easily receive 2x6 or 2x8 roof skirt beam.
Each roof skirt beam is secured to the bracket's U-channel with three (3) 1/4" x 1-1/2" lag screws and two #10D x 3" nails.
Included are five (5) 1/4" x 1-1/4"  lag screws to complete the job.
Don't forget that you will have to drive 10D X 3" nails to secure the top of the roof skirt beams to the rafter's end. These 10D nails are not included.
This bracket is constructed from 1/8" thick high strength steel.
This bracket is painted black and may be spray painted over with any desired exterior-grade paint color.
