We will provide raw materials buy list with cost estimates, full cut list for all lumber pieces and plywood pieces, and full installation instructions for all brackets and lumber pieces. Please supply length, width, roof pitch, roof overhangs size on all four sides which will drive our cut list and installation instructions work.

This pavilion structure can be used as a carport, garage, a storage shed, a deck cover, a patio cover, a greenhouse, or for any other purpose.

16 ft. maximum open span between the 4x4 posts is limited by available 4x4 lengths in the market. To increase the width, order and add a post in the middle with our 4x4 Tee Brackets and 4x4 Post anchors.

Rafters required 24" on center for proper load bearing and to provide easy roof deck osb/plywood addition.

Open span of rafters between the two walls is limited to code approved spans based on 2-by rafter size.
Rafters allow roof to overhang past each wall end.

Shingles, polycarbonate panels, and metal standing seam-type roofing materials are approved.

Uses 4x4 lumber for headers and 2x6, 2x8, or 2x10 rafters, ridge beam, and roof skirts.
Rafters, ridge beam, and roof skirts must be of the same size 2-by lumber.
